Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to sit down (virtually) with my friend Gina Schreck at Synapse 3Di. Gina and I met in Second Life, an online virtual world environment, where we were both facilitating weekly networking groups targeted towards educating trainers or professional speakers to this new medium. I have tremendous respect for Gina and the work her team does in helping people realize the real business potential of virtual worlds.
In this interview, Gina and I met in Second Life to chat about the state of virtual worlds in business and our thoughts on how we would like to see it evolve over the next year. The video is not truly indicative of what you can do in virtual worlds, but eh..it was last minute and we just wanted to informally share some thoughts.
